Grand Park's annual Downtown Dia is a multi-faceted event combining traditional programming, digital content and floral altars built buy the community and partners. In addition to giving the event a look and feel a Loteria card is developed from the look and gifted to the community and partners. It has become an expected annual gift from the event and viewed as a collectible item by event-goers.
